Patient Eligibility:
The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients. Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not quality for the package:
- Bleeding Disorders
- Patients with underlying severe medical problems such as HIV and uncontrolled diabetes

 Treatment: Rhinoplasty

 Validity: 20/09/2010 - 31/12/2010
Inclusion:
- Accommodation at International Ward (include Room, Nursing Service Charges, Medical Charges and Food Charges) *** IPD Package
- Operating Room Charges (include OR Room, Recovery Room and Nursing Service Charges)
- Medical Equipment and Medical 
- Supplies related to the procedure (include implant that apply for the package)
- Medications related to the procedure
- Doctor Fees (include Surgeon Fees and Anesthesiologist Fees)
Exclusion:
