Description:
This is a special program developed by the hospital where patients will receive 7 nights care during the examination, diagnosis and total hip replacement without prosthesis.
What is covered in this program
1. Patients will be admitted in the hospital for 7 nights, from their arrival to the hospital for treatment, either before or after the surgery
2. Room Charges include:
- One night at ICU and Six nights at the Superior Room
- Inpatient service charge
- Nursing charges
- Meal charges
3. Charges for the following laboratory tests required prior to surgery:
- Complete Blood count
- Anti - HIV test
- Kidney function test
- Electrolyte test
- Liver function test
- Blood clotting test
- Urine Test
- Chest X-ray
- EKG Test
- Reserving blood or the blood composition
4. After surgery operating laboratory Charges:
- Complete Blood count
- Electrolyte test
- Hip x-ray
5. Operating Room and Recovery Room Charges:
- Operating Room and Recovery Room Charges
- Nursing Team service charge for Operating Room and Recovery Room
6. Charges for medication and medical supplies required for total Hip Replacement without Prosthesis:
- Medication required for patients undergoing total Hip Replacement without Prosthesis in accordance to professional standards and hospital standards
- Medical supplies for patients undergoing total Hip Replacement without Prosthesis in accordance to professional standards and hospital standards
7. Medical equipments
- Medical equipments used during total Hip Replacement without Prosthesis
8. Anesthesia charges
9. Physiotherapy charges during hospitalization

- Assistant surgeon fees

What is not covered in this program
1. OPD examination charges that were incurred before treatment in the operation room are not included in this program.
2. For patients who stay more than 7 days in the hospital, the surgeon may charge extra fees for visiting the patient. This fee charged will be the normal fee of the surgeon.
3. Patients with the following health problems that may pose as a risk during the shoulder arthroscopy are not eligible for this special program:
- Patients with blood disease
- Patients with cancer
- Patients with Hepatitis A,B,C and those who are infected with HIV
4. Related costs that are incurred by patients with chronic diseases, requiring close monitoring, such as those with heart diseases, lung diseases, hypertension, and diabetes (uncontrolled) are not covered in this program.
5. The duration of surgery will not exceed 3 hours (from the time the surgeon performs the surgery). If the surgery takes longer than the specified time, the hospital will charge extra fees based on the actual number of hours taken.
6. This program does not cover complications arising from other diseases.
7. This program does not include diagnostic radiology such as CT scan, MRI and other radiology charges that are not included in the program.
8. This program does not include any artificial devices..
9. Personal expenses incurred in the room, such as drinks, telephone charges and any other additional meals will be charged at actual cost.
10. Expenses that arise after hospitalization.

Remark:
1. Additional costs that are incurred in this program can be settled in conjunction with other promotions and privileges of the hospital, such as the Chivawattana card.
2. This program can be applied in combination with contracted affiliate collection agencies and insurance companies.
3. The room type under this program can be changed by paying the difference in the room cost.
4. The hospital reserves the right to make changes to the conditions and price of this package without prior notice.
