During my initial visit, I was highly impressed with the friendliness and level of professionalism demonstrated by all staff at the Center, which was also essential factors for me in deciding to undergo the LASIK treatment at the LASIK Center."
Pre-Operative Experience:
"The series of tests designed to assess my suitability for treatment were conducted in a caring and professional manner and took only a couple hours. This involved measurement and analysis of the eyes by a series of high tech equipment without any discomfort. During the tests eye drops were used to dilate the pupils for analysis, and this caused minor discomfort for about 30 minutes. (Indeed, this was most uncomfortable part of the entire procedure!)"
Operative Procedure:
"Obviously, there is some apprehension before undergoing such treatment, but the LASIK Center staffs were as comforting as they were professional, and were with me throughout the process. There was a slight sensation which I can only describe as water moving over the eye and at no time did I experience any discomfort. By the end I was felt with the impression that I had undergone one of the miracles of modern science."
Post-Operative Procedure:
"As soon as the procedure was complete I was given perforated eye-patches and able to stand and walk. As I was driven home it was truly amazing experience to be able to see through the eye-patches to the road ahead to a distance I had never seen before. During the evening I took a mild sedative and I experienced no pain or sand in the eye which lasted a few seconds. The following morning I returned for the removal of the eye-patched and my first check-up and the doctor gave me confidence practical advice for the days ahead.
It has simply been a liberating experience since undergoing LASIK treatment. There is no glare whilst driving at night and I have enjoyed diving, swimming, and other sports like never before. In conclusion, I believe the friendliness, care, professionalism, and overall quality of service demonstrated by the staffs at Laser Vision were of the highest quality. I would without hesitation recommend the Laser Vision to anyone interested in undergoing such treatment and am delighted to act as a referee on their behalf."
